- When purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the full price for the ticket, including any applicable taxes and fees. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- In the event of an event cancellation, Skybookings will issue a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase of the ticket. The refund will be issued to the account holder of the original form of payment.
- You shall not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You shall not, in the use of the Website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
- In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Skybookings a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is being held. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
- Skybookings reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
