Earlier this year we took a giant leap in our pricing and introduced a subscription service, doing away with commission. Alas, we did not get the results we were looking for. However, there’s quite a lot we learned.
Today, we are taking a few steps back to the old way of doing things, but with a new flavour. Here’s our new pricing model. It’s broken up into three packages:
Package
Package 1 – Self-Service: If you know your way around skybookings and require minimal assistance, choose this option and have your ticket sales paid directly to your PayFast Merchant Account. This ensures maximum access to your cash from ticket sales while selling tickets on skybookings.
Package 2 – Assisted Service: If you do not have a merchant account and require some assistance from our team, choose this option. We will collect your ticket sales and pay them out weekly or whenever you require them. This option lets you get started quickly without worrying about setting up merchant accounts. Plus, we assist you with onboarding, making getting started a matter of minutes!
Package 3 – Managed Service: If you want a fully managed service where you focus on organising your event, we can provide dedicated support. A WhatsApp or a phone call is all it will take to set up tickets, change pricing, introduce new packages, write bulk email messages to your fans and a lot more.

Value added services
Box Office Support: On the day of your event, let us handle your box office and access control. This includes
- Scanning tickets
- Checking in guests
- Tagging
- Ticket Sales (cash and card)
When selling tickets at the gate, the fees from your chosen package will apply. We can handle cash (not preferred) and all bank cards. This service is available at R197 per hour per team member deployed. Please note this service is available for a minimum of two team members for a minimum of 3 hours.
